Journey to the Sun

This is a special painting for me. I make a point of looking at the world, life, and all existence from the perspective of energy, frequency, and vibration. This work is an overflow of my thoughts on a day when I viewed things that way. For centuries, the Sun was believed to be the source of all energy, the spirit of light, and the origin of life. With this composition, I wanted to express the effect the Sun had on me that day. (I wonder how the Boatman was feeling.) Created without a plan, program, or rigid structure—just watercolor and lines drawn with a pilot pen—I dedicate Journey to the Sun to the freedom of our souls.
